Checking the Proof of ID Status

To check if the account holder or the company officer has passed or failed the ID check, follow the steps below:

• Log in to your Online Admin Portal: https://www.companiesmadesimple.com/login.html
• On the dashboard, click on the My Companies icon.

• Then click on the relevant company name.
• At the top of the company page, click on the Manage ID Check Status button.

Understanding the Proof of ID Status

All company officers are required to pass the following checks:

• ID verification
• Liveness
• Sanctions and PEPS
• Address and Mortality (UK residents)
• Supporting Documents (Non-UK residents)

If the company officer has passed a check, the status will show Verified. On the other hand, if the officer has failed a check, the status will show Pending.
