Recently Changed Surname?

You can still complete the online ID verification with your current valid documents even if you have recently changed your surname (due to marriage or by deed poll) and your identity documents are still showing your previous name. 

However, please also send one of the following documents to our ID team at id-check@madesimplegroup.com as evidence for the change of your name

• Marriage Certificate
• Decree absolute / decree nisi papers
• Deed of Change of Name (Deed Poll)
