Our Compliance Team will ask you to provide the following document/s:
- UK & Non-UK residents - 1 x proof of residential address document
- High risk residents - 2 x proof of residential address document
Here is a list of documents we can and can’t accept:

The proof of address document must meet the following requirements:
Your document must:
- Show your name (not business name)
- Show your current residential address (not business address)
- Show the name or logo of the company / authority that issued the document
- Be dated within 3 months (or 12 months for annual statements)
- Be written in English (or accompanied by a certified English translation)
- Be a photo of the physical document or original PDF (no black and white copies or screenshots)
- Be the full document (not cropped, covered or folded)
- Not be altered or edited in any way
