Our Compliance Team will ask you to provide one of the following document/s:

The proof of address document must meet the following requirements:

| Full Name | Must show your full name (business names not accepted) |
| Current Address | Must show your current residential address |
| Issuer | Must display the name or logo of the issuing company or authority |
| Date | Must be dated within the last 3 months (or 12 months for annual statements such as Council Tax or mortgage statements) |
| Language | Must be written in English or a Latin-script language, or accompanied by a certified English translation |
| Format | Must be a photo of the original document or original PDF (no black-and-white copies or screenshots) |
| Completeness | Must show the full document (not cropped, covered, folded, or partially obscured) |
| Authenticity | Must not be altered, edited, redacted, or tampered with in any way. |
