You will be able to locate your Memorandum and Articles of Association from your online account with us as soon as the company has been incorporated by Companies House.
Please Note: This document will only be available on our system if you have formed your company through Companies MadeSimple.
Download the Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A's)
- Go to My Companies (login required) and click on your company name.
- Scroll down the page until you see My Company Documents.
The M&A's are comprised of two parts (Memorandum, and Articles of Association): - In the Articles/Memorandum section, click View.
- In the ModelArticles section, click View.
- You should then be prompted to save the document (unless this occurs automatically on your system).
Please Note: The M&A's are made up of two parts. The Memorandum is a one-page document showing who the subscribers (the owners/ shareholders at the time of incorporation) are that have agreed to incorporate the company. This page will go in front of the Articles of association.
