Where to find my Share Certificate – Companies Made Simple - Help Centre

You will be able to locate your Share Certificate from your online account with us as soon as the company has been incorporated by Companies House.

Please Note: This document is only applicable to Limited by Shares companies. If you have a Limited by Guarantee, a Limited Liability Partnership or any other structure, your company will not have any share certificates generated.

This document will only be available on our system if you have formed your company through Companies MadeSimple.

Go to My Companies (login required) and click on your company name.
Scroll down until you see Shareholders and click Download next to the shareholder's name.
You should then be prompted to save the document (unless this occurs automatically on your system).
