You will be able to locate your Certificate of Incorporation from your online account with us as soon as the company has been incorporated by Companies House.
Please Note: This document will only be available on our system if you have formed your company through Companies Made Simple.
Download the Certificate of Incorporation
- Go to My Companies (login required) and click on your company name.
- Scroll down the page until you see My Company Documents.
- Next to IncorporationCertificate, click View.
- You should then be prompted to save the document (unless this occurs automatically on your system).
