If you want to update where items of mail (or particular products if purchased) are sent to; you can do this via your online account. This address is not public and will only be used for authorised purchases of products or mail that has been requested to be forwarded.
Steps to update your forwarding address:
- Log in.
- On your dashboard, click Personal Details.
- Tick the 'Enable update of personal or address information' checkbox.
- Enter the new address and click Update my Details. The address will be updated on our postal system within a working day.
Please Note: You will be required to provide a new proof of address of the new forwarding address and this may need to be certified. These instructions effect Companies Made Simple processes only.
Simple Tip: If you also have a Virtual Office service, you would need to change the forwarding address separately via your account (login required).
