How to Remove a Company from your Account – Companies Made Simple - Help Centre

You can remove the company from appearing on your account by completing the following:

Go to My Companies (login required).
Click on your company name.
To the right-hand side of the page there will be a sidebar and a section stating Quick Links
Select Delete company from system.
Confirm you would like the company deleted by ticking the boxes, and click Delete.

The company is now deleted from our system and no further action is required.

If you ever would like the deleted company back on our system in the future, you will need to import it.

Please Note: The deletion process removes the company from the Companies MadeSimple system. The process does not dissolve (close) the company. If our address services were in use, please make sure this is updated before deletion.
