How to Appoint a Corporate Director (Company) - Company Formed

Steps to appoint a company as a director for an existing company:

1. Go to My Companies (login required), and then click on your company name.
2. Scroll down to 'Directors' and click Appoint New Director.
   
3. In the top right corner, you will see a click here link next to 'To make a corporate appointment'.
   
4. Enter the information and click the Continue button. Your request will be sent to Companies House for approval. We will email you once it has been accepted, normally around 3 working hours.
