How to Resign a Director

If you need to remove somebody as a director, this action can be performed via your online account. 

1. Click My Companies (login required), and then click on your company name.
2. Scroll down to the Directors section and click Resign.
   
3. Enter the resignation date and click Submit.

You should see a message that your request has been successfully submitted to Companies House.
