When is a translation required?
You may need to provide an English translation if your proof of address document has been issued in a language other than English.
What documents will need to be translated?
We may ask for an English translation of your:

Who can provide a translation?
Translations must be completed by a certified or "sworn" translator.
What should the translated document include?
The translation should clearly show all information contained within the original document, including:
- Full name
- Address
- Type of statement or bill
- Name of the organisation that issued the document
- Statement or bill date
The translation should also include:
- A statement confirming that the translation is a true and accurate translation of the original document.
- The translator's full name.
- The translator's signature and date.
- The translator's contact details or company details.
- The translation agency's stamp or letterhead (where applicable).
How do I submit translated documents?
Please provide:
- A clear copy of the original proof of address document
- The certified English translation
Both documents must be complete, legible, and show all pages containing relevant information.
