It is a legal requirement for formation agencies to collect ID for all officers. Please see the following options on how to comply.
Online ID Verification
The easiest and most efficient way to manage ID requirements for yourself and your clients is via the MadeSimple platform.
The ID verification process is not MadeSimple branded and is hosted on Credas, a Government Certified Identity Service Provider. Simply enter the client’s email address and a link will be sent directly to them to complete the ID check. Learn more

- Writing "Certified to be a true copy of the original seen by me" on the document
- Signing and dating the document
- Printing your name under the signature
- Adding your occupation, address and telephone number
