Yes, we can! If you’ve received a scanned letter through our service and would like the original posted to you, we offer this as part of our Mailbox Premium plan.
📬 Here’s how it works:

All incoming letters are scanned and uploaded to your Company Inbox.

If you're on the Mailbox Premium plan, you can request the original scanned item to be forwarded by post at no extra cost (10 items included for free).

We store physical copies of your scanned letters for 7 days, so you’ll need to request forwarding within that timeframe.

Once forwarded, your mail will be sent to the forwarding address you’ve set in your Company Inbox Settings.
🔁 Not on Mailbox Premium?
If you’re on Mailbox Lite or Mailbox Standard, mail forwarding is not included by default. You’ll need to upgrade to Mailbox Premium to have scanned items posted to you.

Alternatively, if you are on Mailbox Standard, we can forward individual items on for you at a cost upon request.
