🔧 How to Customise Your Mail Handling Preferences

No matter your tier, you can manage how your mail is handled via your Company Inbox Settings. From there, you can:

• Set or update your mail forwarding address

• Choose whether to have mail scanned, posted, or held for collection

• View and manage incoming items in real time

To receive business mail scanning at no extra cost or have your mail physically forwarded, you’ll need to upgrade your service.
