You will need to log in with the email address you used when you set up your company with us. It may be that the email address was entered incorrectly when signing up to our services, or an old and forgotten email address.
If this is the case, you will need to pass some security measures for us to manually update the email address for you (this needs to be sent to email@example.com):
- supply us with the Web Filing Authentication code for the company; or
- provide certified photographic ID, this can be a driving licence or passport.
