You will need to log in with the email address you used when you set up your company with us. It may be that the email address was entered incorrectly when signing up to our services, or an old and forgotten email address.
If this is the case, you will need to pass some security measures for us to manually update the email address for you (this needs to be sent to cosec@madesimplegroup.com):
- supply us with the Web Filing Authentication code for the company; or
- provide certified photographic ID, this can be a driving licence or passport.
Please Note: If this is just a password issue and you remember which email address you used and have access to that email address, you can simply use our password reset link.
