Your Renewable services are generally set to automatically renew as they are classified as "Subscriptions". You will receive an email nearing the expiry/ renewal date which will confirm this status.
If you have updated your card details since your last renewal or there was an issue taking then payment then you may be required to make this payment manually:
You can manually renew your Companies MadeSimple services via the Renewal Fees page or via your My Services page. This is generally billed annually until the subscription is cancelled.
If you incorporated your company through either the Ultimate or International formation packages then you would have also had the option to have a year's Mail Forwarding subscription included. The Mail Forwarding service is not included as part of this renewal, but can be renewed separately from Virtual Office MadeSimple (London Presence).
You will receive a reminder email when the service is due for renewal. This should be billed automatically but if you need to change the payment method please email cosec@madesimplegroup.com.
