Refund requests must be sent to cancellations@madesimplegroup.com along with the order number, your company name and the reason for the refund.

The refund request must be made within 14 days of purchase and cannot be "part" of a package.
Once the refund is processed, we will send you a confirmation email and funds will go back onto the card you paid with. The funds will appear in your bank account generally within 2-3 working days depending on your bank.
Simple Tip: If you plan on using our services again or purchasing a different product/ service on the back of the refund, you can request the refund to be made as "credit" on your account.
