Requesting a Refund

The refund request must be made within 14 days of purchase and cannot be "part" of a package. 

Once the refund is processed, we will send you a confirmation email and funds will go back onto the card you paid with. The funds will appear in your bank account generally within 5-7 working days depending on your bank. 

Please note, your refund may be subject to an admin fee for cost recovery purposes of services used as per our terms and conditions.
