Official Government Mail List
We will be able to receive, scan and email the following items should you have an active Registered Office service with us:
- Claims Management Regulation
- Companies House
- Court documents (including Tribunals Services) - Sensitive items will be posted instead of scanned
- Police letters/ Legal notices
- Department of Work & Pensions (DWP)
- Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
- Financial Services Authority (FSA)
- Government Gateway
- HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)
- Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
- Inland Revenue
- Intellectual Property Office (IPO)
- Ministry of Justice
- Office for National Statistics
- Office of the Public Guardian
- HM Land Registry
- DVLA (Vehicles however should not be registered at our address as per T&Cs)
- Council Letters (If the envelope clearly states it is from the council)
- The Pensions Regulator
Please Note: If a sender is not shown on the list above then you would need to have an active mail forwarding service for normal business and personal mail found on London Presence. Letters from Private Debt management companies are not included in the Registered Office service and will require a London Presence Mail Forwarding service to process.
Court letters are classified as highly confidential and containing sensitive information, and must therefore be automatically posted onto the intended recipient to open. Court letters will not be opened and scanned via digital mailroom system.
