How do I Cancel my Application to Close my Company?

If Companies House has received your dissolution forms but have not yet officially closed your company down you are not too late!

You can check the status of your company from the Public Register at Companies House. 

Filing a "Withdraw a striking off application by company (DS02)" form or a Confirmation Statement will stop the process of dissolution and your company's status will eventually go back to "Active" from "Active - Proposal to strike off".
