To enable mail forwarding, simply upgrade your service to Mailbox Premium.
How to upgrade:

Visit our Mailbox Services page.

Scroll to the Mailbox Premium option.

Click Buy Now and follow the prompts to complete your upgrade.
Once upgraded, your business and government mail will be scanned and forwarded to your designated address.
You can also customise how we handle your mail—such as setting a forwarding address, choosing to collect mail from our office, or adjusting other preferences—through your Company Inbox Settings.
