What Is Mailbox Lite?

Mailbox Lite is our most basic mail-handling service—perfect if you just need to meet the legal requirement for a registered office address in the UK. This is included by default in all of our Registered Office packages with the ability to upgrade if required.  

This package is designed to receive official Government mail only, such as correspondence from HMRC and Companies House. It does not include scanning, forwarding, or support for general business mail, you will have the option to pay-per-item when an item of business mail arrives.

What’s Included?

• ✖️ No business mail – letters from banks, clients, or suppliers are not covered but you will be notified of its arrival.

• ✖️ No mail scanning or forwarding – mail must be collected or upgraded to a higher package

• ✖️ No parcel handling – parcels or courier deliveries are not supported
