Can I collect my mail in person?

If you have chosen to collect your mail from our address, we will hold your items for up to 14 days. Only the account holder is permitted to collect mail unless they have authorised someone else in advance.

Anyone collecting mail must provide valid photo ID at reception before we release any items.
