If your mail option is set to ‘Post’, we dispatch all mail within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Mail is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, which typically arrives within 1-2 working days for UK residents.
International deliveries usually take 3-7 working days, depending on local postal services.
If you have chosen to collect your mail, it will be available at our collection room at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU.
If you’re on a ‘Scan Only’ plan, we will scan and email your documents within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
