Is mail scanning secure and private?

If you use our Registered Office or Mail Forwarding services, we will receive your business mail, scan it, and notify you upon arrival. This process is carried out in a secure environment to protect your privacy and business.

What happens to my mail once it reaches your office?

1. Your mail is delivered by Royal Mail or courier.
2. Our post team sorts incoming mail into categories for processing.
3. We use an industrial letter opener to quickly and efficiently open letters.
4. The opened letters are scanned, and our system matches the recipient’s name against our database to assign it to your account.
5. If the system cannot confirm a match, it is manually reviewed for accuracy.
6. We store each physical letter for seven days in case you need the original forwarded.
7. After this period, a secure shredding company destroys all physical mail.
