What happens to my mail once it reaches your office?
- Your mail is delivered by Royal Mail or courier.
- Our post team sorts incoming mail into categories for processing.
- We use an industrial letter opener to quickly and efficiently open letters.
- The opened letters are scanned, and our system matches the recipient’s name against our database to assign it to your account.
- If the system cannot confirm a match, it is manually reviewed for accuracy.
- We store each physical letter for seven days in case you need the original forwarded.
- After this period, a secure shredding company destroys all physical mail.
