What does a submission mean?

A submission means that all the necessary forms and required ID checks for a service (e.g. company formation or confirmation statement) are completed and sent to Companies House.

What is the deadline for submitting an incorporation or service to Companies House at the old pricing?

If you are submitting it through our system the deadline will be 5pm (BST) on April 30th 2024
