Why has an additional charge been added to my Confirmation Statement? (Companies House May 2024 Update)

All our Confirmation Statement services include the Companies House fee of £13.  From May 1st the Companies House fee will rise to £34. 

If you purchase a Confirmation Statement service that includes the Companies House fee at the old rate, but submit your Confirmation Statement service after  5pm (BST) on April 30th 2024, it will incur an additional charge in line with the Companies House fee increase. See below.
