We'll email you the Shelf Company template to complete and return with your chosen company name from the selected incorporation year. Please return the completed template as soon as possible to avoid someone else possibly choosing the same shelf company. Chosen companies are designated on a first come first serve basis. As soon as the template is received by our team, we shall make the necessary director appointments and send you the relevant company documents. The company is now yours.
The Premium Shelf packages also include the Registered Office and Service Address service and Confirmation Statement service. Once the company has been transferred, you will be able to use our address as your Registered Office and Officer service address to protect your home address from appearing on the public register. We will also prepare the Confirmation Statement to update the new shareholder’s details online at Companies House. We will email you and request that you review the prepared Statement before filing.
