Steps to appoint a company as a director during the formation process:
- When in the company registration, go to the Company Appointments section and click on Add a corporate officer instead.
- This should indicate you are now adding a corporate officer and you can just select the role/s that apply; e.g. Director.
- Enter the director information and click Submit & Continue. You should see the company director has been added:
- Continue filling out the rest of your company registration and submit it. Once your company is incorporated, you'll be able to see all your company information when you log into your account.
Please Note: When appointing a corporate director, at least one human director is also required.
