Can Anyone be a UK Company Director?

Yes, anybody can technically be a director of a UK limited company (including International residents), but there are some rules. To qualify as a UK Limited company director you must:

1. Be 16 years or older
2. Have not been declared bankrupt or banned from being a company director by a court. The courts can reverse their ban for one or more companies.
