"Pending" Company Registration

When you submit your application to Companies House, you will notice your company status change to "Pending". 

This just means the application is currently with Companies House and we are awaiting their response. 

Companies House can form your company in as little as 3 working hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends) subject to their workload.

You can check the status of the company registration at any time, by logging into your account and clicking on My Companies.
