How can I claim my £100 cashback?

Terms and Conditions for cashback offer on Tide business accounts 

1. Cashback offer exclusive to MadeSimple customers only.
2. 1 claim per customer permitted.
3. New Tide business account must be opened via this dedicated MadeSimple link and funded with at least £1.00 within 90 days of opening the account to qualify for the cashback offer.
4. Cashback claims must be made within 30 days of funding the account by completing this form.
5. Cashback to the value of £100 will be paid by MadeSimple directly into the funded Tide business account or added as credit to your MadeSimple account within 90 days once the cashback claim has been approved. The start date for this offer is 01/07/2021. Customers who have registered a Tide account before 01/07/21 do not qualify.
6. The Tide business account must be registered using the name of the company formed by MadeSimple and the email address used to register the Tide business account must be the same as on record at MadeSimple.
