- Go to My Services (login required).
- Click on your account number.
- Scroll down to 'Preferences' and click Change.
- Enter the new address and click Save. Your new address will be updated with our systems within 1 hour.
IMPORTANT: If you also have a Registered Office Service with us and want to update the forwarding address, this must be completed separately via your Companies MadeSimple account under My Details (login required).
