Why has an additional charge been added to my company formation? (Companies House May 2024 Update)

All our formation packages include the Companies House incorporation fee of £12. From May 1st the Companies House incorporation fee will rise to £50.  

If you purchase a formation package that includes the Companies House incorporation fee at the old rate, but submit your incorporation after  5pm (BST) on April 30th 2024, it will incur an additional charge in line with the Companies House fee increase. See below.
