What do I need in order to register my limited company?

In order to form a company you will require:

• A Company Name - This must not be considered the same as an existing company on the Company register. 
• Company Address - A physical address in the UK will be required to be used as your company's registered office. You do not need to be based at this address but must be able to receive mail and keep your company registers there. We provide our Registered Office address services in the majority of our formation packages.
• Officer Details - You will need the details of all of your directors, shareholder and people of significant control. This will include their full name, residential address, nationaility and date of birth.
