Terms and Conditions for cashback offer on ANNA business accounts 

1. Cashback offer exclusive to MadeSimple customers who have formed with a paid package only. It is not valid on company registrations using a free formation offer.
2. Only one claim per customer permitted.
3. New ANNA business account must be opened via the dedicated MadeSimple referral link within 90 days of opting in to ANNA Money to qualify for the cashback offer. Accounts opened without using our referral system are not entitled to the Cashback offer.
4. Cashback claims must be made within 30 days of opening the account by completing this form.
5. Cashback to the value of £100 will be paid by MadeSimple directly into the funded ANNA business account or added as credit to your MadeSimple account within 90 days once the cashback claim has been approved.
6. The start date for this offer is 23/03/2022. Customers who opened an ANNA account before 23/03/2022. or submitted details to ANNA before 23/03/2022. do not qualify.
7. The ANNA business account must be registered using the name of the company formed by MadeSimple and the email address used to register the ANNA business account must be the same as on record at MadeSimple.
