Terms and Conditions for cashback offer on Cashplus business accounts 

1. The cashback is exclusively for customers registering a company through MadeSimple and the £50 cashback is paid by Companies MadeSimple, not Cashplus Bank. Only one claim per customer is permitted.
2. You are eligible for cashback if you have opened a Cashplus bank account during your company formation process with MadeSimple or using this dedicated MadeSimple link.Then, you have funded your account with at least £100 and claimed your cashback using this Cashplus cashback claim form within 30 days of using your account . The Cashplus business account must be registered to the name of the company formed using MadeSimple and the email address used to register the Cashplus business account must be the same as on record at MadeSimple. MadeSimple reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
3. Cashback to the value of £50 will be paid by MadeSimple directly into the funded Cashplus business account once the cashback claim has been verified. Verification can take up to 90 days.
