'Sync Data with Companies House'

If you make a change to your company information via your account or you file something with Companies House - the new information is not always reflected automatically on the company details page.

To make sure your company information is up to date, simply:

• Log in
• Click on My Companies and click on your company name
• At the top of the page, click the Sync Data with Companies House button
  
• You should see a success message, and your information is now updated with our systems:
  

  

What to do if the update failed

If the company update was unsuccessful, you will see an error message - follow these instructions on what you should do.
