What is the Professional formation service you offer?

If you are an accountant or in a similar profession, you can form and manage companies on behalf of your clients from one central place. Our company management system is the only company secretarial software accredited by ICAEW. It is a simple to use system packed full of useful features that make your life easier.

How much does signing up cost?

Nothing. It's absolutely free. Sign up here.

How much does forming a company cost?

We offer special discounted packages. Take a look here. All packages include the Companies House £13 incorporation fee. 

What are the payment options?

All services, including company formations, are paid for up-front via online card payments. If you would rather not enter your card information every time that you wish to buy a service, you can add an amount of credit of your choosing to your account via a one-off payment. Future payments are then knocked off of this credit. To add credits, go to your Dashboard > My Credit.

What is your Loyalty Scheme?

For every 10 companies you form with our Executive or Professional packages, we add £20 credit to your MadeSimple account. Once you have formed 10 companies, contact us and we'll add the credits.

I have a normal account, can I switch to the Professional account?

Yes, simply send your request to theteam@madesimplegroup.com and we'll do the rest. Once we have made the change, we'll send you a confirmation email.

I have a Professional account with you and trying to buy a package, but I'm still being charged full price

The special discounted packages are available for our Starter, Executive and Professional packages only. To take advantage of this offer, please ensure you are clicking the Form a Company button located on your dashboard.

Barclays Bank Account FAQ's

How does it work?

  1. You provide your client's contact information just before the company formation process.
  2. Within 2 days of the company formation, Barclays make the initial contact to arrange a face-to-face meeting with your client. Barclays will let us know when the account has been opened.
  3. If you haven’t already done so, please provide us with your proof of id and proof of address (please see the below FAQ) and your preferred payment method; account credit or cash back to your bank account.
  4. Once a month Barclays will notify us of how many of your clients have opened a bank account, we will then add credit to your Company Formation MadeSimple account or transfer the money to your bank account.

Why do I need to submit proof of ID and proof of address?

These are required to comply with Anti Money-Laundering regulations.

What forms of proof ID and proof of address are acceptable and how do I submit them?

To submit your proof of ID and proof of address, please attach .jpeg .png or pdf files in an email and send them to cosec@madesimplegroup.com with the subject line ‘Proof of ID - Professional’. If you have not submitted ID before the first cash back or credit payment is due to be made, our team will send you a reminder email.

Acceptable forms of identification include:

  • Passport, driving license (with photocard)
  • National Identity card
  • HM Forces Identity card
  • Employment Identification card and 

Acceptable forms of proof of address include:

  • Gas or electricity bill
  • Telephone bill (excluding mobile phone bill)
  • Water bill, mortgage statement
  • Council tax bill
  • Bank statement or
  • TV licence.

All proof of address documents must show your name and address and have been issued within the last 3 months.

How do I notify you of my preferred method for receiving cash back?

Can I meet with Barclays on my clients' behalf?

No, your client must attend the face-to-face with Barclays.

Can you transfer the cash to my clients' bank account?

No, we can only transfer to your account.

How long does it take to get my cash back?

The whole process from the initial contact with Barclays, the account being opened and Barclays confirming to us that we can issue you with a cash back is about 4-8 weeks.

When I enter the initial contact information, shall I put down my details or my clients'?

For simplicity's sake, we recommend providing your clients contact information.
