How do I open a business bank account?
We've teamed up with Barclays and TSB to offer a business bank account with £50-£75 cash back* for UK residents who form their company through one of our company formation packages.
All you need to do is simply select the bank you're interested in when completing your online company registration.

As soon as your company is incorporated, we'll email the company number along with the registration documents.
You can check the status of the company registration at any time, by logging into your account (login required).
What details do I need to form a limited company?

I live overseas. Can I apply for a UK bank account?
- use the account you already have in your country
- open a new account in the UK
- open a UK sterling account in your country
However, If you charge or pay VAT you will need a UK bank account. HMRC will repay any VAT owed to the business directly into the account.
We offer banking assistance for the leading UK banks in our Banking International package only. Should you not choose the package, you could search the internet to find a suitable UK bank.
Please note: the Barclays and TSB business bank referrals we offer are available to UK residents only - this means you must physically live in the UK. Unfortunately, overseas residents cannot apply.
